Aecor Training Camp houses a Functional training box: AECOR CF BOX. Practice this booming discipline within quality infrastructure. Find all the equipment you need to push your limits with each session in our premises. Functional Training is a multidisciplinary and complete sport inspired by weightlifting, gymnastics, cross-training and even athletics.

Discover or rediscover this ultra-complete sport with our certified coaches. Work on your strength, improve your endurance, develop your explosiveness... No aspect will be neglected during the “workout of the day” (WOD) specially designed for you. The enthusiasm around this discipline is such that Aecor Training camp organized the Tunisian Throwdown Contest: a competition bringing together more than 400 participants.

Each workout is structured around several exercises forming a complete and intense “workout of the day” (WOD). These WoDs will be different each time and will adapt to your needs: fitness, initiation, performance... The preferred exercises are complete because they are mainly poly-articular. In this way, the WODs will aim to develop your motor skills, your mobility as well as your strength. The exercises follow one another and are repeated with timed rest periods for a most intensive session!

Beyond athletic development, training within the CF BOX aims to improve the practitioner's technique and postures, but also their flexibility and endurance. This sport is therefore not limited to top-level athletes capable of lifting several hundred kilos: although the majority are enthusiasts, this sport remains an excellent choice for everyone, whatever their objectives. You improve your general physical condition while taking care of your body and your health. You shape your physique while thinking about what you do and how you do it.
