At the Aecor® Training Camp , several exercises are developed to improve your entire technical range: from your movements to your dodges to the precision of your shots. To do this, the workshops set up by our certified coaches will develop your knowledge of movement and your striking techniques.
To be completely complete, our workouts use all types of equipment. A bear paw drill is one of the best ways to develop your combat reflexes, striking technique, defense technique and combat strategy. The use of bear paws thus provides excellent intellectual stimulation.
At our boxing gym, our workshops vary from training to training and will provide practical knowledge and skills applicable in other combat sports.
After having acquired the basic techniques, English boxing lessons will allow you to practice sparring. Sparring is not about fighting for victory. This training method allows you to learn how to oppose a real opponent. The main advantage of this type of training results in the improvement of reflexes for the boxer. Reflexes become functional since they come from training and no longer become automatic because they are not linked to surprise. During an amateur boxing match, a boxer throws on average between 70 and 120 punches per round. It is therefore essential to learn how to protect yourself. In our training camp, our team of coaches will teach you the basics of defense, whether it is learning counterattacks or developing your guarding techniques. The objective will be to allow you to defend yourself in all situations and against all types of opponents such as left-handers, longer reach, etc...
